Training sessions are offered throughout the year. Visit the Training Schedule to see upcoming events and to Register. Each session lasts 1 hour, with targeted focus on specific skills tailored to the level and needs of the goalkepers in attendence.
Rates are $25 per session attended that is accepted as cash, check, or PayPal.
Session sizes will vary based on goalkeepers attending. Additional sessions will be offered if necessary.
Introductory sessions will be scheduled for newer goalkeepers. Intended to teach the fundamentals to new goalkeepers. Sessions are offered on requests.
Catching/Receiving a ball and footwork
Introduction to low diving
1 on 1 and sliding on a loose ball.
Sessions are 60 minutes
Recommended ages: 9-12
Offered on request of new goalkeepers
Intermediate trainings will consist of a warm-up, agility, technical training topic, small activity with progression to larger scale. Training topics will be decided upon by trainers based off previous observations of areas to improve on for goalkeepers.
Sessions will work to build consistency in good technique in all aspects and work in speed and agility.
Sessions are 60 minutes
Recommended ages: 10-14
Offered year round
Advanced trainings will consist of a warm-up, agility, technical warmup, and adding tactical situations. Training topics will be decided upon by trainers based off previous observations of areas to improve on for goalkeepers.
Sessions will work to build quickness, strong hands, power in dives, confidence, and communication.
Sessions are 60 minutes
Recommended ages: 14-17
Offered year round
Specialized training for upper class high school, current college, or semi pro goalkeepers. Focus will be on:
Continued strength conditioning for power movements
Distribution with kicks, side volleys, half volleys, throws
Sessions are 90 minutes with the first 30 as a warmup on essential touches
Recommended ages: 17 & Older
